Copyright and DMCA Notice

Kimilia, operated by Kimilia, LLC, hosts material that agents, businesses and other users add: agent websites and their photos, profiles and listings. We respect copyright and respond to notices under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512).

Report Material That Infringes Your Copyright

Send a written notice to our designated agent that includes:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature.
  2. The copyrighted work you say is infringed.
  3. The material you say infringes it, and where it is: its web address, as exactly as you can.
  4. Your name, mailing address, phone number and email address.
  5. A statement that you believe in good faith that the use isn’t authorized by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.
  6. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner.

Our Designated Agent

Copyright Agent, Kimilia, LLC
Email: help@kimilia.com

Our designated agent’s registration with the U.S. Copyright Office, with a mailing address, is being completed and will be listed here.

What Happens Next

When we receive a complete notice, we remove or disable access to the material and tell the person who added it. Notices that leave out the items above may not be acted on.

If Your Material Was Removed

If you believe material you added was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to the same address that includes:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature.
  2. The material that was removed, and where it appeared before.
  3. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you believe in good faith it was removed by mistake or misidentification.
  4. Your name, mailing address and phone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court for your district (or, outside the United States, any district where Kimilia may be found), and that you will accept service from the person who sent the original notice.

We forward the counter-notice to the person who sent the original notice, and may restore the material after 10 to 14 business days unless they tell us they have filed a court action.

Repeat Infringement

We close, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of people who repeatedly infringe others’ copyrights.
