Kimilia for Everyone
Kimilia is a service of Inprion Ventures, LLC. We want everyone to be able to use kimilia.com and the agent websites Kimilia hosts, including people who use a screen reader, a keyboard, magnification, captions or voice control.
Our Goal
We build to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. In practice that means:
- Every link, button and form field can be reached and used with a keyboard, with a visible focus.
- Form fields have visible labels, and errors say what to fix.
- Images that carry meaning have a text alternative; decorative ones are skipped by screen readers.
- Text has enough contrast with its background, and nothing is told by color alone.
- Motion and moving pictures stop for anyone whose device asks for reduced motion.
- Pages work on phones and when zoomed to 200%.
Agent Websites
Agents write the words and choose the photos on their own websites. Kimilia builds the pages, their menus and their forms to the same standard as kimilia.com.
Where We Fall Short
We check pages as we build them, but not every page has been reviewed by an outside accessibility auditor, and some videos may not have captions yet. If something gets in your way, we want to know.
Tell Us
Email help@kimilia.com with the page, what got in the way, and the device or assistive technology you use. We’ll reply, fix what we can, and get you the information another way in the meantime.
